Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Opened oils, tinctures, and other consumables are final sale for safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email Essentialhealingtherapy@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
