Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

4. Tracking Information

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Essential Healing is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped due to address errors.

Shipping carriers may experience delays. If tracking does not update for several business days, contact us and we will assist in reviewing the shipment status.

 

 

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

 

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, or building management first. If the package is still missing, contact us and we will review the situation and discuss possible next steps. Essential Healing is not responsible for theft after delivery confirmation.

 

 

8. Product Handling Notice

 

Essential oils and wellness products should be stored according to product instructions upon delivery. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
